قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق MY KAPTN فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا ما توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
الخدمة
MY KAPTN منصّة عراقية تربط اللاعبين بالكباتن لبرامج تدريب وتغذية. استخدام التطبيق مجاني للاعبين، والكباتن يدفعون رسوم منصّة ثابتة لتفعيل كورساتهم.
الأهلية
لازم يكون عمرك ١٣ سنة فما فوق (أو السن القانوني بمنطقتك)، وتزوّد معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند التسجيل.
حسابك
أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل النشاط اللي يصير على حسابك.
للكباتن
تلتزم بتقديم برامج قانونية ومناسبة للاعبين. رسوم المنصّة تُخصم من محفظتك عند تفعيل كل كورس. أي دفع بينك وبين اللاعب يصير خارج التطبيق، وMY KAPTN ليس طرفاً بهذي المعاملات ولا يتحمّل مسؤوليتها.
للاعبين
برامج التدريب والتغذية والمحتوى المقدّم من الكباتن هي إرشادات عامة وليست نصيحة طبية.
⚠️ تنبيه صحي: استشر طبيباً قبل البدء بأي برنامج تمارين أو نظام غذائي، خصوصاً إذا عندك حالة صحية. أنت تتحمّل مسؤولية قرارك بالمشاركة.
الاستخدام المقبول
ممنوع الإساءة، التحرّش، أو نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مؤذٍ. نقدر نراجع المحتوى ونحجبه أو نحذفه، ونوقف الحسابات اللي تخالف هذي الشروط.
المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
أنت تملك المحتوى اللي ترفعه، وتمنح MY KAPTN ترخيصاً لاستخدامه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة. اسم MY KAPTN والتطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره ملك لنا.
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي
تحليل الوجبات بالذكاء الاصطناعي تقديري وممكن يكون غير دقيق. لا تعتمد عليه لاتخاذ قرارات طبية أو غذائية حسّاسة.
المدفوعات والرسوم
التطبيق ما يعالج المدفوعات بين اللاعب والكابتن، وما يدير أي استرجاع لهذي المبالغ. رسوم المنصّة على الكباتن تُخصم من المحفظة عند التفعيل.
إنهاء الحساب
تكدر تحذف حسابك بأي وقت من الإعدادات. نقدر نوقف أو نلغي الحسابات اللي تخالف هذي الشروط.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية
الخدمة مقدّمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات. ضمن الحدود اللي يسمح بيها القانون، MY KAPTN ما يتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو البرامج المقدّمة عبره.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق.
تعديلات الشروط
ممكن نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لوقت، ونوضّح تاريخ آخر تحديث بالأعلى.

Acceptance of terms
By using the MY KAPTN app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
MY KAPTN is an Iraqi platform that connects athletes with coaches for training and nutrition programs. Using the app is free for athletes, while coaches pay a fixed platform fee to activate their courses.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older (or the legal age in your region), and provide accurate, truthful information when you register.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens on your account.
For coaches
You agree to provide lawful, appropriate programs to athletes. The platform fee is deducted from your wallet when you activate each course. Any payment between you and the athlete happens outside the app, and MY KAPTN is not a party to those transactions and bears no responsibility for them.
For athletes
The training and nutrition programs and content provided by coaches are general guidance, not medical advice.
⚠️ Health notice: Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition. You are responsible for your decision to participate.
Acceptable use
Abuse, harassment, or posting unlawful or harmful content is prohibited. We may review, block, or remove content, and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content and intellectual property
You own the content you upload, and you grant MY KAPTN a license to use it as needed to operate the service. The MY KAPTN name, app, design, and logo belong to us.
AI features
AI meal analysis is an estimate and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for sensitive medical or dietary decisions.
Payments and fees
The app does not process payments between athletes and coaches, and does not manage any refunds for those amounts. The platform fee charged to coaches is deducted from the wallet upon activation.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MY KAPTN is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or the programs offered through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and we’ll show the last updated date at the top.
